This Privacy Policy describes how Anomoz Softwares ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects data in connection with our internal software tools, including our Google Ads keyword research and reporting tool (the "Application"). Anomoz Softwares is a custom CRM and ERP development agency based in Karachi, Pakistan, operating at https://www.anomoz.com.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

The Application is an internal business tool built and used solely by Anomoz Softwares and its authorized employees and contractors for internal marketing and content-planning purposes. It is not distributed to, or used by, the general public or external clients.

2. Google User Data We Access

The Application connects to the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0 authorization, under the following scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords

Through this connection, the Application accesses:

  • Google Ads account identifiers (Customer ID and Manager Account ID) belonging to Anomoz Softwares' own advertising accounts
  • Keyword idea and keyword planning data, including estimated monthly search volume, competition level, and suggested bid ranges, generated via the Google Ads Keyword Plan Idea service

The Application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Analytics, Search Console, or any other Google service or personal Google Account data beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use This Data

We use the Google Ads data described above solely to:

  • Evaluate keyword search volume and competition for our own content and SEO planning
  • Decide which keywords to target in blog content published on our own websites (anomoz.com and oxensoftwares.com)
  • Maintain an internal record of approved keywords within our own internal CRM system, for our own marketing operations

We do not use this data to build user profiles, deliver advertising to third parties, conduct surveillance, or for any purpose unrelated to our own internal SEO and content planning.

4. How We Store and Protect Data

OAuth credentials (client secrets and refresh tokens) used to access the Google Ads API are stored securely on our own private servers and are not included in any publicly accessible code repository. Access to these credentials and to the Application itself is restricted to authorized Anomoz Softwares personnel only. Keyword data retrieved from the Google Ads API is stored within our internal CRM system, hosted on infrastructure we control, and is not stored in any publicly accessible location.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share Google user data accessed through this Application with any third party, advertiser, data broker, or external organization. Data obtained through the Google Ads API is used exclusively within Anomoz Softwares for our own internal business purposes as described above, and is never transferred outside our organization, except where required by law.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Keyword data retrieved from the Google Ads API is retained within our internal systems only for as long as it remains useful for our content planning purposes, and is periodically reviewed and purged of outdated entries. OAuth refresh tokens remain valid until manually revoked by us or automatically invalidated by Google (for example, after extended inactivity). Any authorized user may request revocation of API access at any time by disconnecting the Application via Google Account Permissions, which immediately terminates the Application's access to Google Ads data.

7. Data Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data accessed through the Google Ads API, including restricted server access, secure credential storage, and limiting Application access to authorized personnel only. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data in our control.

8. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Anomoz Softwares' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
